Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Director FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hours: 40/Week Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a hybrid work arrangement offering a combination of in-office and remote work. The integral responsibilities of our Marketing Coordinator include: Coordinating and executing marketing plans and tacticsFacilitating marketing stakeholder engagement for approvalsUnderstanding and driving forward service-line-based marketingAssisting the Marketing Director in developing marketing tactic calendars and completing dutiesCoordinating with vendors and agencies to create and place marketing materialsTracking marketing key indicators to assess return on investmentWriting copy for marketing and web contentAssisting in driving our social media content and presence Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and one year of direct marketing experience OR Associate degree or equivalent education/certifications in marketing or business and two to three years of direct marketing experience AND Experience managing social media contentProficiency in copywriting and a solid understanding of grammarAbility to think strategically and understand how and when patients seek healthcareExperience managing and placing advertisements in various marketing channelsExcellent project management and campaign planning skillsMust have an aptitude and desire for learning and improvingExperience in digital marketing on Google Ads (display, search, etc.), paid social media, and other targeted digital channels is a big plusAbility to communicate well under pressureMust be an independent driver responsible and accountable for their own work and scheduleMust adhere to department principles of respect, communication, transparency, and ownership Essential Job Functions: Regular and predictable attendance is requiredRegularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipmentRequires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reportsOccasionally required to sit, climb, balance, and push/pull up to 30 poundsAbility to lift/carry up to 35 poundsMust comply with HIPAA and patient privacy Work Environment: FCMC operates 24 hours per day each day of the year: operational needs of departments may require that you be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the patients Occasional exposure to bodily injury, loud or unpleasant noise, unpleasant odor, and emotional or physical stress Frequent use of a keyboard and computer This position works in the business office with typical office hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
