RemoteRemoteMarketingFull-time

About the role

At Euclid, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy so that we can decarbonize the planet as fast as possible. We empower renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks. We care about doing meaningful work, delivering real value and results to our customers, and solving real problems by focusing on what truly matters.

Responsibilities

  • Content production - Ship the recurring content on schedule: the biweekly newsletter, the monthly data report, and the platform change log. Own getting each piece out the door on cadence, partnering with a Writer.
  • Event execution - Own production of Euclid customer-facing events end-to-end, including happy hours, executive dinners, and leadership summits. This includes venue and vendor booking, reservations, attendee outreach, speaker and material prep, day-of logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Multiply the impact of our programming - Treat every asset as a starting point and proactively extend its value long after it ships.
  • Shape how these programs grow - Provide input into how each program runs, including what forms to try, how to strengthen them, and what’s worth repeating.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an event planning or Marketing coordination role where you built hands-on production and logistics experience.
  • Experience personally producing recurring content on a deadline (e.g., a newsletter, report, or similar publication) and consistently hitting the cadence.
  • Hands-on experience running events start to finish, including booking venues and vendors, managing RSVPs and logistics, and executing day-of operations.
  • Attention to the qualitative experience of events—not just logistics—including reading the room and ensuring the flow leaves a lasting impression.
  • Ability to move work forward independently, operating effectively under lean or solo leadership without needing step-by-step direction.
  • Strong coordination skills across writers, subject-matter experts, and vendors, including chasing inputs, setting clear deadlines, and following through without reminders.

Benefits

  • Remote work, permanently.
  • Competitive, benchmarked compensation.
  • Health and retirement benefits.
  • Flexible time off.
  • Regular company off-sites.
