Marketing Coordinator

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows through responsibilities appropriate to the Marketing Coordinator function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marketing Coordinator tasks across campaigns, content, communications, audience activity, or reporting priorities that support travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows.
• Maintain calendars, asset status, approvals, briefs, and supporting documentation required for the Marketing Coordinator workflow.
• Review campaign or audience information and prepare clear performance updates that support the Marketing Coordinator function.
• Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, creative partners, or customers to keep Marketing Coordinator deliverables accurate, timely, and consistent.
• Quality-check content, campaign records, handoffs, and documented decisions before completion of Marketing Coordinator work.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Marketing Coordinator work, or closely related training or experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.
