About the role

The Seasonal Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and project support to the Sales and Marketing team. The primary focus of this position is organizing digital assets and marketing files, assisting with approved website and marketing material updates, supporting SEO-related projects, maintaining accurate data and helping coordinate sales and marketing projects. This is an entry-level position that works under the direction of the Division Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Organizes and maintains electronic marketing files, digital assets, photographs, logos, marketing materials and archived content.
  • Follows established file-naming, folder organization and version-control standards.
  • Assists with approved website updates, including text, images, community information, quick move-in home information and links.
  • Reviews website pages and marketing materials for missing, outdated or inconsistent information and reports needed corrections.
  • Assists with basic SEO updates, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, links and content inventories.
  • Enters and updates information in spreadsheets, project trackers, content calendars and internal systems.
  • Compiles basic website, SEO and marketing data for review by the Division Marketing Manager.
  • Creates and maintains an organized photo library of homes, models, communities, amenities and events.
  • Helps identify duplicate, outdated or incorrectly labeled files and properly archives materials as directed.
  • Assists with updates to marketing materials and routes materials through the appropriate review and approval process.
  • Coordinates project information, file requests, due dates and status updates with members of the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Performs basic quality-assurance reviews to confirm that approved information is accurate and consistent across marketing materials and digital platforms.
  • Provides general administrative and project support as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working with digital files, folders, spreadsheets and online systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Experience

No previous marketing experience required. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe programs, website editing or digital marketing is helpful but not required.
