Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Diversified Solutions, a leading firm in the financial services industry based in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll lead the execution of our marketing, branding, and client experience efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client events, educational workshops and seminars
• Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for firm’s website, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google)
• Manage marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
• Create and maintain all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assets
• Monitor the performance of all lead funnels to gauge performance and ROI and make recommendations on how to improve marketing programs
• Contact prospective clients from marketing campaigns and lead database
• Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with financial advisors
• Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Redtail)
• Follow up with TV, seminar, and digital leads in a timely manner
• Coordinate vendors, venues, timelines, and logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
• Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working with technology platforms—especially Microsoft Office, CRM (Redtail), Canva, Snappy Kraken, and ChatGPT
• Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
• High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
• Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Collaborative team player and independent self-starter
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction

Pay

$51k - $65k/year based on experience + bonus potential

Schedule

• In office: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Some evenings required for client events
