On-siteMarketingFull-time

Corintis offers innovative microfluidic cooling technologies for AI chips/GPUs and CPUs used in data centres. Working with many of the world’s largest tech companies, our solutions improve compute sustainability and tackle the excessive electricity consumption associated with data centre cooling, which consumes more electricity than New York and London combined. Ranked as the No.1 Engineering startup in Switzerland for 2025, Corintis provides a friendly and team-oriented workplace, bringing together over 85 people from over 35 nationalities to solve the most significant computing challenges of tomorrow. Based in the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, we are closely connected to the local ecosystem and are located a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on-site at our office in Silicon Valley, CA. You'll own Corintis's public-facing voice, press and media relations, social media, trade show presence, and messaging while also helping keep the Silicon Valley office running smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media: Own the content calendar and day-to-day management of LinkedIn and other company social channels. Create and curate posts that reflect Corintis's technical credibility and company milestones, and track engagement to grow our following among target technical and investor audiences.
  • Public Relations: Draft and distribute press releases and media materials for product launches, partnerships, funding announcements, and manufacturing milestones. Build and maintain relationships with industry press, analysts, and trade publications, as well as coordinating interviews and speaking opportunities for executives.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Manage the annual trade show and conference calendar (e.g., SEMITHERM, OCP Summit, iTherm, SuperCompute, and similar semiconductor/thermal industry events). Coordinate booth design, logistics, shipping, and staffing, and produce show collateral and travel arrangements for attending team members.
  • Messaging & Brand: Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and terminology across all public materials. Work with leadership and engineering to translate technical capabilities.
  • Public-Facing Communications: Maintain and update website content, case studies, customer stories, and whitepapers. Produce newsletters and other recurring communications and support sales and business development with customer-facing marketing collateral.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure technical accuracy in all external communications and support board and investor communications materials as needed.
  • Reporting: Track and report on PR coverage, social media performance, and trade show ROI to recommend improvements based on results.
  • Office Management: Serve as the point person for the Silicon Valley office, managing office supplies, food orders, and vendor coordination to ensure the office is equipped with everything employees need.
  • Visitor and Office Support: Be the welcoming face of the office for visiting guests, including customers, partners, and journalists, acting as the go-to person for any employee or visitor who needs logistical support.

Requirements

  • Comfortable writing for both technical and non-technical audiences, from press releases to social posts to customer-facing collateral.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, communications, or PR role, ideally in B2B technology, semiconductor, or hardware/manufacturing.
  • Ability to thrive while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, from press pushes to trade shows to office logistics, without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks, whether it's a press release headline, a booth shipment, or an office supply order.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness—you know who to call to get things done.
  • Clear and effective communication when coordinating with press, vendors, or executives.
  • A service-oriented mindset, ensuring a high level of experience for both visitors and colleagues.
  • Comfortable learning and communicating technical concepts; prior exposure to semiconductor, data center, or advanced manufacturing industries is a plus.

This is a Great Fit if You

  • Love to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive when creating something new and having autonomy over your work.
  • Enjoy learning new things and working in an innovative sector.
  • Want to be at the heart of growing something unique.

This isn't the Role For You if You

  • Struggle to be organized.
  • Don’t think outside of the box.
  • Prefer rules to be written for you.
  • Fail to pay attention to the little details.
