About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit efforts for the Aviation & Transportation or Workplace sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with studio leadership and other sector-focused marketers.
Responsibilities
- Supports pursuit efforts by coordinating and producing RFQ/P responses, interview presentations, award submissions, and other marketing material.
- Coordinates with large and complex teams to understand key differentiators and collect necessary information for marketing materials.
- Led kickoff meetings with project leadership to understand strategy for pursuit deliverables.
- Coordinates interview presentation run-throughs with pursuit team.
- Develops custom visual and written content that effectively communicates the brand and demonstrates an understanding of the industry.
- Maintains and enters CRM data, SharePoint resource library content, and OpenAsset digital assets.
- Prioritizes team and firm culture, embracing various forms of connection and engagement.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in A/E/C marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Strong graphic eye for compelling visual communications, design, and layout.
- A true passion for the industry and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with impeccable time management skills.

- Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Client service-driven and solutions-focused approach to verbal and written communication.
