About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department by executing marketing activities, event coordination, and providing administrative support. The role aligns with the company's core values and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and creates marketing materials including brochures, announcements, invitations, and forms
  • Supports marketing initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinates marketing and community events, managing logistics, registrations, vendors, itineraries, and marketing collateral
  • Creates and manages product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Supports content and social media marketing programs, including blogs, newsletters, and public relations efforts
  • Assists in proposal production, compiling, editing, and assembling final documents, verifying and formatting proposal information, and collaborating with senior staff
  • Creates engaging text, image, and video content
  • Edits and formats company resumes
  • Speaks at industry events to promote Corenic’s capabilities and business verticals
  • Maintains website information, social media posts, community and volunteer activities, corporate branding, image-wear, and promotional items
  • Designs posts to sustain reader interest and create buzz around new services
  • Oversees social media accounts' layout
  • Organizes/prepares/postpones job pictures
  • Reviews proposals for compliance with Corenic standards, accuracy, and completeness
  • Collaborates with the estimating team to prepare bid processes, timelines, and information for bids
  • Assists with administrative tasks such as mail handling, postage, snack and coffee replenishment, answering phones, greeting guests/visitors, FedEx and shipping, and inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a marketing team
  • Prior experience with marketing tools and software
  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or content creation
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms)
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with CMS (WordPress, Joomla)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello)
  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz)

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
