About the Role

Coordinate and execute marketing, business development, communications, and branding initiatives through proposal development, content creation, campaign management, event coordination, market research, CRM administration, multimedia production, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational growth and visibility while upholding and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy (Employees | Value | Execution | Relationships).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate RFP, RFQ, proposal, and pursuit responses, including writing, editing, proofreading, graphics development, resume/project profile creation, meeting coordination, and final submission packaging.
  • Create, edit, and manage marketing content, including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and other custom marketing deliverables.
  • Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, swag, trade show assets, booth signage, inventory, and storage.
  • Develop custom content for pursuit narrative and proposal libraries.
  • Prepare presentations and client-facing materials for project pursuits and business development efforts.
  • Support indirect and direct sales teams with marketing materials, nurture campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of internal and external communications, including employee and project announcements, social media, and website content.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and corporate identity across all marketing materials, digital platforms, campaigns, and events.
  • Coordinate activities and communications among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and event channels.
  • Track marketing and campaign performance and provide reporting and insights.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in trade shows, conferences, client events, company events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update marketing information in CRM systems and other marketing databases.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Capture, edit, and manage video assets and other multimedia content.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners for design, photography, video production, printing, and related marketing services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to support ad hoc marketing needs and organizational initiatives.
  • Lead the development and submission of award applications and recognition programs.
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing (preferred).
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Team-oriented work environment contribution.
  • Highly proficient in communication, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of social media laws and regulations.

Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site position (not hybrid or remote).
  • Work schedule may vary due to event schedules; occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
  • Limited travel (less than 10%).
