Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the planning, execution and successful operation of all promotions. This position shall work closely with all operational departments to ensure the timely and organized execution of events. Promote a fun and friendly environment that creates excitement for external and internal guests by utilizing the principles of Family Style Service.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Deploy promotions and interact with guests, which includes making live announcements and assisting in the completion of prize forms.
- Organize and plan event descriptions, timelines, and all other planning documents for customer events.
- Disseminate information to all involved departments in a timely manner about customer events.
- Communicate about customer events in a timely manner to all operations departments.
- Communicate and document all costs on analytical worksheets.
- Enter purchase requisitions for all supplies and décor items necessary for the deployment of promotions.
- Setup of all systems and controls necessary for customer events including, but not limited to, CMS and event guidelines.
- Deploy events within the guidelines for proper safety and security.
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts and work locations may change.
- Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
- Three to five years’ experience in sales or marketing, and/or a 4-year degree in a related field of equivalent work experience preferred.
- Gaming Industry Experience Is Strongly Preferred.

About The Team The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products. Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include: Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand. Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports. Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis. Assisting with ad hoc analyses.
