Compensation

• The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,828 - $93,370 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Qualifications

• A self-starter who writes checklists and proactively closes process gaps.
• Able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• A systems thinker who takes pride in organized data, clean dashboards, and a digital library where every file is exactly where it belongs.
• Able to coordinate with a CEO's office and help a photographer capture a test with equal comfort.
• Experience managing high-stakes logistics and brand assets.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems (such as Shade).
• Experience with project management tools like Notion.

• Proficiency in using project management tools.
