SUMMARY

Bluejack Ranch is a private residential club dedicated to providing exceptional lifestyle experiences. As a passionate team member committed to delivering on our mission, this role offers a unique and collaborative environment where you'll work closely with The Governale Group and department heads across the organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and publish content for websites, apps, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, and more. Produce content that drives measurable results and brand engagement using editing, CMS, and basic HTML skills.

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand in a member-facing capacity, building effective relationships with employees, leaders, members, and guests. Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Brand & Member Experience: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, staying informed about club programs, activities, and services. Resolve member challenges with professionalism and efficiency, acting as a positive ambassador for the club.

  • Additional Duties: Support marketing and club operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

  • Proficiency in writing routine communication pieces and professional correspondence.

  • Innate ability to represent the brand with a professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in graphic design and photography is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Fine Arts; 1–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software Knowledge

  • Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop, is preferred.

  • PowerPoint and Northstar are used frequently, if not daily.

Approximate Schedule And Hours

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Compensation

  • Designated bonus opportunities throughout the year to recognize and reward employee contributions.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

  • The employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift.

  • The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather, including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain, and sunshine.

  • The employee may be lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

  • Candidates should reflect the Bluejack brand in their appearance, behavior, and communication.

  • We value a polished, conservative presentation: natural hair and nail colors, minimal jewelry, closed-toe professional shoes, and no visible tattoos or off-brand logos.

Licenses And Certifications

  • Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
