Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and drive marketing deliverables with a focus on digital and Ad-print activities for Bethany Medical and occasionally The Lenny Peters Foundation
• Develop marketing and advertising content as requested, including internal marketing for Provider, Provider onboarding, TV roll content, patient emails, signage, and other content as needed
• Content creation, implementation, analytic interpretation, and recommendations of Google and other paid campaigns
• Aid in content creation of social media calendars and post socials weekly
• Prepare and distribute a monthly newsletter on events at Bethany Medical, innovative programs, and other special activities
• Manage and fulfill the marketing department's collateral literature promptly
• Order marketing materials from vendors and update the spend on shared budget files
• Maintain company website updates with provider and content additions, including Phreesia for marketing and content
• Cook up changes with the SEO manager
• Aid in planning public events for both Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation
• Positively represent both companies at public events and conferences related to public relations and other activities
• Be present at occasional Saturday and weekday evening events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and public relations preferred with a minimum of two (2) years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe software and proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in Healthcare or related field preferred, but not required
• Non-Profit experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
• Work quickly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Able to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Bethany Medical is the largest independent, established multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, serving the Triad and surrounding communities for over thirty-five years. Bethany Medical is open seven days a week, with thirteen convenient locations and sixteen practices in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro, and Mt Airy, North Carolina. We have grown to provide the facilities, staff, and support to offer urgent care, primary care, diagnostic testing, outpatient ancillary, and specialty care services on-site. Bethany Medical is staffed with board-certified physicians and providers representing sixteen medical specialties. Practice staff members are known for treating each patient with prompt personalized care and attention. Bethany Medical employs over sixty providers and over five hundred and thirty-five employees.

The Triad area includes Greensboro (the Third Largest City in NC), Winston Salem, High Point, and the surrounding area. The Triad is centrally located in NC with a population of 1.9 million.
