Marketing Coordinator
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute plans for a wide variety of marketing campaigns. They will track results from these activities to help guide future marketing efforts. This is a highly visible role that regularly interacts with customers, employees, and business leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of media channels.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Cook up advertising placements and ensure marketing materials are delivered through appropriate channels.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization's brand across all marketing and communication channels.
- Coordinate relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Analyze marketing performance data and present findings through reports, dashboards, graphs, and other visual formats.
- Aid in video and multimedia production by coordinating logistics, developing production outlines, conducting interviews, and appearing on camera when appropriate.
- Represent the company professionally in a highly visible role with customers, employees, vendors, and industry partners.
- Organize and deliver presentations, reporting calls, project updates, and marketing reviews for a variety of internal and external audiences.
- Support internal communication initiatives by creating, distributing, and maintaining content through company communication channels and the company intranet.
- Maintain marketing resources, documentation, and employee-facing content on the company intranet.
- Support company events, customer engagements, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Travel roughly 20% to support events, meetings, video production, customer-facing initiatives, and other marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, advertising concepts, and media planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Ability to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable representing the company in a highly visible role with customers, employees, and business leaders.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including the ability to lead meetings, deliver project updates, and present marketing initiatives to a variety of audiences.
- Experience coordinating video, photo, or multimedia production projects, including interview preparation and content planning.
- Experience supporting internal communications and maintaining content through company intranet or employee communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel roughly 20% in support of marketing initiatives, events, video production, and customer-facing activities.
Qualifications
- Must be able to sit at a desk for a long period of time.
- Must be able to intermittently answer the phone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means.
- Must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 20 lbs.
