Marketing Coordinator (Entry-Level) Are you early in your marketing career and ready to get real, hands-on experience—not just busy work? All-n-One Outdoor Solutions is looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing efforts across landscaping, irrigation, snow, and garden center operations. You’ll work directly with our Sales & Marketing team to execute campaigns, manage customer communications, and build practical marketing skills that translate into long-term career growth. What You’ll Do Email Marketing & Customer CommunicationBuild, schedule, and send monthly and seasonal email campaigns using Constant ContactAssist with educational newsletters that explain services, benefits, and next steps for customersSend targeted, time-sensitive emails (renewals, seasonal reminders, service deadlines)Manage Google Review outreach and track results Social Media & Brand SupportCreate and schedule social media posts that align with seasonal prioritiesHelp monitor online reputation and support review response effortsCapture photos and content from the field to support authentic marketing Marketing Projects & Team SupportAssist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projectsCollaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and the Garden CenterSupport multiple brands while maintaining consistent messaging and tone What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required (college coursework in marketing or communications is a plus)Strong writing skills and attention to detailComfortable with technology, digital tools, and learning new systemsOrganized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasksCurious, coachable, and motivated to grow Marketing experience is helpful—but not required.
