Promote MKTG 360° Services
- Support key initiatives by creating brochures, brown-bag materials, and other collateral focused on technical capabilities and benefits.
- Coordinate development of non-proposal materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) in partnership with BD and communications teams to ensure message consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain marketing plans in collaboration with BD representatives to promote additional 360° marketing efforts.
Capture Planning and Proposal Development
- Support and lead pursuit teams, taking initiative to learn and apply capture and proposal processes.
- Contribute to proposal content and lead Level of Effort 2 & 3 proposals and collateral pieces under supervision.
- Support action planning and progress tracking.
- Conduct research to identify best qualifications (experience matrices, project descriptions, resumes) and competitor information.
- Work with Creative Services to generate graphics and layouts using established tools and approaches.
Maintain and Leverage Marketing Information
- Respond to requests for information and assist with client research.
- Create and maintain well-organized, accessible, up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes that highlight firm strengths and client benefits.
- Update resumes and project descriptions in Cosential; share unique or new content via Adobe Creative Cloud or the boilerplate library.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, tailored proposal content drafting, graphics development, and editing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability; experience coaching others in interviews/presentations preferred.
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (notably PowerPoint).
