Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day campaign administration by organizing deadlines, assets, and publishing requirements.Maintain clear records of approvals, revisions, owners, and current status for marketing deliverables.Coordinate routine communication needed to move content and campaign tasks forward.Gather available performance metrics and organize them for recurring reporting.Review marketing materials for basic consistency with approved copy and requirements.Maintain orderly campaign files and documentation for future reference. Qualifications Practical familiarity with Marketing, Campaign Coordination, and Content Scheduling.Consistent accuracy when working with Reporting and Email Marketing.Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits.Ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and follow-up without making unsupported assumptions.Comfort coordinating remotely through shared systems and written communication.
