Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention for our digital service.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing briefs informed by customer insights, business objectives, and the competitive landscape.
  • Assist with campaign overviews, post-campaign recaps, and wrap-up documents that capture campaign approach, integrated plans, and learnings.
  • Assist with synthesizing and interpreting data from multiple sources to surface insights and make actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage marketing calendars, competitive overviews, creative scoping, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of teams across different time zones.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
  • Help drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, calendars, approvals, task management, and key milestones to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Support marketing activations, consumer-facing events, and promotional initiatives with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-promotional and partner marketing opportunities across various services and external partners.
  • Support campaign measurement and reporting efforts by partnering with Analytics teams to gather performance insights and track results.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or related marketing functions.
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting subscription services, consumer technology products, digital services, or direct-to-consumer marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels, including paid media, owned channels, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, and digital media.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, campaign measurement, and performance reporting, with the ability to synthesize results in a clear, structured, and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience creating presentations for marketing strategy, planning, and project updates.
  • Ability to balance large workloads in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively under pressure.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-first and solution-oriented mentality.
  • Highly organized, efficient, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Experience partnering with Analytics teams on campaign reporting and insights.
