Marketing Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Captures social media content and escorts approved media at events.
  • Creates post-event marketing reports.
  • Curates content for monthly social media calendar.
  • Affords grassroots marketing to boost ticket sales for events.
  • Generates email reports using Ticketmaster Engage.
  • Monitors traffic for all marketing campaigns and online assets in Ticketmaster One.
  • Tracks media coverage and provides weekly reports.
  • Affords general marketing planning and reporting.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Successfully passed a criminal background check.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with ease.
  • Available some nights and/or weekends.
  • Physically capable of moving around the facility.

Education and/or Experience

  • College degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Public Relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and other Adobe Creative Software Programs, Canva, and video creation/editing experience is a plus.
  • Well-versed in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Copywriting experience.
