Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Captures social media content and escorts approved media at events.
- Creates post-event marketing reports.
- Curates content for monthly social media calendar.
- Affords grassroots marketing to boost ticket sales for events.
- Generates email reports using Ticketmaster Engage.
- Monitors traffic for all marketing campaigns and online assets in Ticketmaster One.
- Tracks media coverage and provides weekly reports.
- Affords general marketing planning and reporting.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Successfully passed a criminal background check.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task with ease.
- Available some nights and/or weekends.
- Physically capable of moving around the facility.
Education and/or Experience
- College degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Public Relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and other Adobe Creative Software Programs, Canva, and video creation/editing experience is a plus.
- Well-versed in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Copywriting experience.
