Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, product literature, instruction manuals, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and digital content.
- Aid in developing and editing marketing communications that support product launches, sales initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Support website updates, content uploads, and digital asset management.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
- Cook up company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Manage booth logistics, promotional materials, vendor relationships, and event schedules.
- Organize customer seminars, training programs, webinars, and sales meetings.
- Cook up event communications, registrations, attendee tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, customer presentations, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Cook up customer communications and follow-up activities as needed.
- Aid in promotional item selection, customer gifts, and branded merchandise programs.
- Support sales initiatives through effective organization and project coordination.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and internal databases.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Analyze sales trends, lead conversion data, campaign results, and market activity.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, and departmental documentation.
- Organize digital files, shared folders, marketing assets, and project records.
- Monitor marketing expenditures and assist with budget tracking.
- Cook up activities with internal stakeholders, suppliers, agencies, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of marketing, communications, sales support, or related experience preferred. Experience coordinating projects, events, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms. Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally. Remain seated at a computer workstation for extended periods. Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing, data entry, and computer use. Frequently use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Read printed materials and view information on a computer screen. Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and business partners in person, by phone, and electronically. Occasionally lift, carry, and move marketing materials, trade show displays, promotional items, and office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds. Travel occasionally to trade shows, customer events, training sessions, and company meetings as business needs require.
