Marketing & Communications Coordinator
for each section heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions. Also remove "How To Apply" etc. Also remove "YES Benefits" maybe we keep Benefits section. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Skills: maybe we can combine with Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content about responsibilities (What You'll Do). We have qualifications (What You'll Bring, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). We have Benefits (YES Benefits). We have maybe "About Youth Eastside Services" as about the organization; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about opportunity. We'll treat that as About the role. We'll not include Skills separate if not distinct; but we could include Skills under Requirements? Better to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications overlapping. The posting has "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could treat Requirements as Required Qualifications, Qualifications as Preferred? Or combine. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Requirements and Qualifications both if content exists. We'll put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills maybe not separate; we could omit Skills if no explicit skills list beyond what's in qualifications. But we have "Strong visual instincts and demonstrated ability to create polished, engaging communications materials." That's skill. Could include Skills section summarizing skill requirements. However we should not invent content; we can extract skill bullets from Required Qualifications: Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal communication; Strong organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong visual instincts; Ability to work independently; Demonstrated attention to detail. Those are skills. So we can make a Skills section with those bullet points. But we must not duplicate content; we can still include them in Skills and also maybe not repeat in Requirements. Better to follow typical structure: Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe derived), Benefits. About the role: introductory paragraph about opportunity and mission.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to ensure we include everything: description of YES, mission, opportunity, What You'll Do (with subpoints), What You'll Bring (required and preferred qualifications), Working at YES (hybrid, travel), Culture & Values, Benefits. Also maybe "More important is a genuine interest..." etc.
We must not include boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove "How To Apply" section, also remove "YES is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Also remove "LGBTQ+ individuals..." maybe that's EEO? It's diversity statement; could be considered EEO boilerplate; but it's part of Culture & Values? Might be okay to keep as part of Culture & Values? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove that line. Also remove "YES Benefits" heading? We'll keep Benefits section but not the heading "YES Benefits". We'll use Benefits
. We'll include the benefit details.
We must not include "How To Apply" etc.
We must not include duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
Structure:
About the role
Intro paragraph: The Opportunity ... plus description of YES mission? Actually "About Youth Eastside Services" is separate; we could incorporate that into About the role or maybe a separate "About the organization" but not in allowed headings. We'll include it in About the role paragraph. Thus:
About the role
Youth Eastside Services (YES) is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children, youth, young adults, and families across East King County. Through school-based, clinic-based, and community-based programs, we provide mental health counseling, substance use treatment, psychiatric services, prevention education, and family support. At YES, we believe young people thrive when they have access to the care, connection, and support they need in the places and communities where they live, learn, and grow. Each year, we serve more than 4,000 children, youth, and families, partnering with schools, caregivers, and community organizations to promote well-being and resilience. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, collaboration, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, respected, and connected. Our mission is to help youth reach their full potential, strengthen families, and build a healthier, more equitable community through behavioral health services, intervention, outreach, education, and advocacy.
The Opportunity Every day across the Eastside, there’s a story worth telling. A therapist is helping a student through a difficult moment at school. A young person is finding their footing. A parent is discovering support they didn’t know existed. A donor or community partner is making it possible for YES to reach someone who needs us. Our Marketing & Communications team finds those stories, brings them to life, and puts them to work. We help move people toward action, whether that’s finding support, joining a program, attending an event, partnering with YES, or making a gift. We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator who wants to help us do it. You'll write, design, shoot, edit, interview, market, problem-solve, and build relationships across YES. This is a role for a communications generalist who wants to become a great storyteller, and for a storyteller who wants to learn every tool available for reaching people. You don't need to be an expert in every medium we use. But you should already be very good at some of them, curious about people, eager to get better at the others, and excited by the opportunity to learn.
That seems okay. Next Responsibilities:Responsibilities
