Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and brand development initiatives across CMG’s portfolio of clients and properties
  • Assist with the execution of digital campaigns, partnership announcements, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Help manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and creative asset organization
  • Coordinate internal timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communication
  • Conduct research on brand trends, licensing opportunities, cultural moments, and digital strategy
  • Assist with light graphic design, presentation formatting, and content editing
  • Pull performance metrics and help organize reporting insights across campaigns and platforms
  • Support website, newsletter, and broader digital marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong interest in entertainment, branding, intellectual property, licensing, and digital culture
  • Strong visual instincts and proficiency in Canva required (Figma experience is a plus)
  • Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior agency, entertainment, brand, or marketing experience is preferred
  • Bonus: familiarity with website experience design, analytics, or performance tracking tools
