Marketing Communications Coordinator
Job Summary
ECHO Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Coordinator to help elevate the company’s voice in the industry and among end users. The role involves leading the planning and execution of three annual events and managing the ambassador program.
Duties/Responsibilities
Lead logistics for three annual events: Ambassador Visit, Media Event, and Trade Show Support.
Manage the day-to-day management of ECHO’s ambassador program, including onboarding new ambassadors, managing program logistics, and creating polished presentations for monthly calls.
Support external communications efforts, including content development, social media engagement, and content production coordination.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing program’s operations/logistics and event/tradeshow management.
Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, including Outlook Calendar.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events or on-site activations.
Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while hitting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive partnerships.
Comfortable being on-site at content shoots and traveling for ambassador or media-related activities as needed.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.
