Job Description
This role will be critical to helping create “10 out of 10” experiences for its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal employee communications.
- Create programs to raise coworker awareness.
- Develop external communication support.
- Enhance the customer experience related to billing modernization and field outreach.
- Collaborate with Product and Program Managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies.
- Implement high-quality customer communications that meet business goals and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in a creative marketing role within a corporate environment and/or a creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders, internal clients, and agencies, while tailoring messages appropriately for target audiences.
- Solid judgment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
