Job Description

This role will be critical to helping create “10 out of 10” experiences for its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal employee communications.
  • Create programs to raise coworker awareness.
  • Develop external communication support.
  • Enhance the customer experience related to billing modernization and field outreach.
  • Collaborate with Product and Program Managers, Customer Experience, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies.
  • Implement high-quality customer communications that meet business goals and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in a creative marketing role within a corporate environment and/or a creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders, internal clients, and agencies, while tailoring messages appropriately for target audiences.
  • Solid judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
