Responsibilities
- Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through reporting
- Act as the primary liaison for all campaign communications and decisions
- Conduct planning and consultative meetings with vendors to define objectives and messaging
- Guide campaign tactics and creative development in partnership with the Marketing Account Manager (MAM)
- Oversee the proofing process and ensure timely approvals
- Manage and track campaign budgets, claims, and proforma
- Analyze campaign performance and contribute to ROI reporting and QBR/QMR preparation
- Mentor and support Associates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2½–4 years in marketing execution, project management, or client services, preferably in tech or distribution
- Demonstrated knowledge of vendor marketing programs and technology channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with campaign management tools and systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to lead multiple campaigns, influence outcomes, and drive results
Skills
- Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently
- Intermediate marketing knowledge across tactics (digital, email, events, etc.)
- Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to align campaign execution with strategic objectives
- Proactive communication and deadline management
- Data and results-oriented mindset with the ability to assess performance
- Collaborative, confident, and resourceful team player
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 – $124,800.00 per year. Individual base pay depends on factors such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of the role, job duties, relevant experience, and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and updated annually, with offers typically made within the applicable range at the time of hire. New hires generally start in the lower half of the range.
