About the role

Dexmate is a deep-tech company working in robotics, automation, and AI, focused on turning marketing activity into real enterprise pipeline through campaigns and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated online + offline marketing campaigns aligned with ICPs and business goals
• Own industry events end-to-end (trade shows, conferences, demos, roadshows), including execution on-site
• Drive lead generation and pipeline impact through ABM initiatives and close collaboration with Sales

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
• Experience running campaigns and managing industry events in complex environments
• Strong execution, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
