  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated responsibility for campaign planning and execution
  • Proven ability to gather and synthesize inputs from sales, operations, or cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into a clear, compelling marketing story
  • Strong written communication skills with experience developing campaign briefs, key messages, headlines, and value propositions

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple simultaneous campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and an openness to leveraging them to elevate strategic output
  • Solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
  • Integrity, a positive attitude, and a demonstrated passion for the Harmons mission
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
  • Ability to appropriately and professionally handle conflict
  • Ability to accept constructive review and be accountable for one’s own success as well as the success of your team
