Marketing Campaign and Content Specialist (Hopkins, MN - Hybrid or Remote)

Job Summary

Digi International is seeking an AI-Assisted Content Producer to support scalable production of high-quality digital content that drives website engagement, organic traffic, and lead generation. This role combines modern AI-assisted content creation tools with strong editorial judgment to accelerate research, ideation, and drafting while ensuring technical accuracy and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create blog articles, website pages, customer success stories, and marketing assets aligned with digital content strategy.
• Leverage generative AI tools for research, outlines, and drafting; develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Edit AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, technical credibility, and alignment with brand voice.
• Translate complex IoT, networking, and edge computing concepts into accessible narratives for technical and business audiences.
• Apply SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, internal linking) and support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve discoverability.
• Assist in producing assets for product launches, demand generation, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Content Operations, product marketing, sales, and design teams to execute editorial calendars and business priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or communications (internships acceptable).
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for research and content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Interest in technology topics (IoT, connectivity, networking, edge computing).
• Desired (Not Required):
• Experience writing blog posts, technical articles, or marketing content.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms for website publishing.
• Exposure to SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Interest in emerging AI technologies in marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually (base pay).
• Incentives: Short-term incentive program and new hire stock award.
