Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and support of US Marketing Team.
- Analyze and optimize Marketing investment by segment.
- Manage the US Marketing budget process, ensuring complete accuracy of budget allocations, maximizing partner funding utilization, controlling overall spending and finalizing allocations by deadlines.
- Lead communication and vendor funding management (application & claims) with key partner funding programs (ex. Microsoft Jumpstart, Intel CCF, NVIDIA MDF, etc.) and train the extended Marketing team on program requirements, processes, and deadlines.
- The individual will be responsible for annual plan, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports that compare actual results to forecasts.
- Support team with dispute reconciliation with accounting and finance within US and HQ teams.

- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to grasp and explain complex situations and issues.
- Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build business partnership.
- Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, result-oriented attitude and a love of learning new things.
- Strong presentation and written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Google for Work, and project management tools.
- Fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- Years of Education: University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline required.
- Work Experience: 1–3+ years of budget/project management experience.
- Experience with consumer electronics partner funding programs is a strong asset.
