Marketing Automation Manager, Marketo

As the Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo, you will play a critical role in the success of our global marketing initiatives. Everything we do in marketing runs through Marketo, making this role the technical execution arm of Marketo programs from soup to nuts and keeping up with new features and functionality. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations & Analysis, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design, execute, and optimize global campaigns that drive measurable results.
Campaign Execution
- Collaborate Demand Gen, Programs, Events and global marketing managers to build and optimize all campaigns running through Marketo
- Test, optimize and standardize email, programs, forms, landing pages and templates
- Upload and maintain lead lists and oversee data hygiene within the Marketo instance
- Manage email consent best practices
Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimize all integrations between Marketo and other tools in the marketing technology stack
- Oversee third-party agencies or teams responsible for uploading and managing landing pages, emails, creatives, and campaign reporting
- Support marketing initiatives across regions (EMEA, APAC, US) and business units
- Participate in the training and supervision of Marketo users including email marketers
Performance Optimization
- Identify and implement new campaign opportunities and areas for operational improvement
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking scripts or elements that provide accurate reporting
- Improve email engagement, deliverability and unsubscribes

Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 base salary + 5% company performance bonus, per year, plus eligibility to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
