Position Summary
We are Calibright — an innovative, customer-centric, and professionally driven company specializing in ADAS safety calibrations. Safety is our #1 priority. Our business ensures the proper operation of vehicle safety systems. We are seeking a Market Manager who will oversee multiple locations and drive sales to increase revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Processes & Procedures
- Ensure all locations are completing accurate and quality calibrations on 100% of vehicles
- Staffing & Planning
- Ensure locations are staffed appropriately to complete work in a timely manner
- Provide coaching and development to associates
- Hire and retain top talent
- P&L Management
- Manage location expenses to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Asset Management
- Ensure all locations are well organized and maintained
- Ensure policies and procedures are being followed
- Sales Growth
- Visit local collision centers within the MSA to gain business and increase market share
- Track visits and results in CRM software
- Client Partnership
- Work with clients to ensure flawless execution of calibrations, including: Vehicle pick-up and delivery Documentation delivery Be proactive in maximizing competitive advantage
- Training & Certification
- Ensure associates complete updated training as required by the company
- Talent Assessment
- Deliver performance reviews according to company review cycles
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through boots-on-the-ground client visits
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead and inspire others
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical activities including bending, squatting, and standing
- Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the automotive service industry with a track record of growth
- Existing contacts within collision centers or aftermarket vehicle repair centers in the local market
- Experience growing and scaling a small business environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
