Marketing Attorney
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate marketing and advertising agency agreements.
- Review, draft, and negotiate influencer agreements, NDAs, and other commercial agreements supporting the marketing organization.
- Advise business stakeholders on marketing and advertising legal issues.
- Provide guidance on FTC advertising regulations and marketing compliance, or demonstrate a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of legal experience.
- Strong background in commercial contracting, with an emphasis on marketing and advertising matters.
- Experience supporting marketing, advertising, or consumer products teams.
- Experience with FTC advertising and marketing compliance.
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.
Preferred Skills
- In-house experience preferred.
- Experience supporting influencer marketing and digital advertising.
Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
