Marketing Attorney

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate marketing and advertising agency agreements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate influencer agreements, NDAs, and other commercial agreements supporting the marketing organization.
• Provide guidance on marketing and advertising legal issues.
• Advise business stakeholders on marketing and advertising legal issues.
• Provide guidance on FTC advertising regulations and marketing compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of legal experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracting, with an emphasis on marketing and advertising matters.
• Experience supporting marketing, advertising, or consumer products teams.
• Experience with FTC advertising and marketing compliance.
• Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Skills

• In-house experience preferred.
• Experience supporting influencer marketing and digital advertising.

Pay

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.

Schedule

This role is ideal for an attorney with experience advising marketing, advertising, or consumer products teams in a fast-paced environment. The role is On-Site 3 days a week.
