About the role

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community programs.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels.
  • Capture photos and videos at events and shopping center activities for marketing and promotional use.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials, signage, event displays, and promotional installations.
  • Aid in event operations, including setup, guest registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown.
  • Welcome and assist shoppers, visitors, and attendees by providing information about events, tenant locations, and shopping center amenities.
  • Track event participation and collect feedback, photos, and engagement metrics to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and property management team to execute strategies that drive traffic, increase tenant visibility, and strengthen community connections.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and available to work approximately 4–10 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to support event setup and execution, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, events, or a related field preferred.

Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Reels.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, flexible, and available to work approximately 4–10 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to support event setup and execution, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
