Responsibilities
- Organic Pins: Pin all lookbooks, campaigns, curve, and UGC on Pinterest organically.
- Community management on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, including responding to direct messages, comments, tagged posts, and stories.
- Assist with iPhone video content at photoshoots and New York Bridal Fashion Week (NYBFW).
- Real wedding sourcing via Anthro Weddings tagged posts, including saving to folders and requesting gallery links/permissions from photographers or brides.
- Styling assistance: Organize props and accessories for photo/content shoots, steam garments, and assist with photoshoot logistics.
- Maintain prop and accessories closet, prepare shoes and accessories for events, shoots, and castings.
- Assist with ongoing influencer and stylist research, track social partner performance, and coordinate sample loans or gifting shipments.
- Maintain influencer and media database.
- NYBFW: Create model and run-of-show boards, label and organize accessories for each model, shop for/return accessories, and manage accessory borrows.
- Research, save, and suggest on-trend and on-brand TikTok sounds.
- Implement and edit SEO image alt descriptions on Shopify for all products (ongoing task).
- Additional SEO and AI optimization for the website.
- Handle photo asset requests and maintain the Store Image Library.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with partners to ensure on-time asset delivery.
- Manage dress loan requests and follow-ups.
- Maintain imagery on third-party directories or listings (e.g., Google, Apple Business, Yelp).
- Update marketing production notes with digital and email projects, and create Trello cards.
- Research, edit, and publish blog posts tailored for SEO and AI optimization.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, fashionable, diligent, reliable, and creative.
- Superior knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva and CapCut.
- Entry-level or higher experience in marketing and social media.
- Previous social media or fashion experience preferred.
