Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of marketing materials and collateral.
- Support the Revenue team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Participate on the weekly call with SAFEbuilt’s Marketing agency.
- Daily monitoring of all info/general email accounts to ensure contacts and leads are being properly forwarded.
- Write and edit content for various platforms like social media, website, and press releases.
- Contribute to revenue team presentations (PowerPoint and/or InDesign).
- Manage and produce monthly internal newsletters.
- Provide administrative and project support for marketing programs.
- Maintain all marketing assets, both physical and digital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in marketing or public relations department.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in marketing tools and applications (Adobe Suite Creative Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, WP Engine), and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierePro, and AfterEffects (desirable).
