Marketing Assistant/Move in Coordinator

Overview

The Move-in Coordinator/Marketing Assistant assists the other members of the team in all areas related to marketing and admission. Primarily initiating and guiding new residents and their families through the initial signing process, move-in and admission process for Independent Living.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all marketing correspondence and monthly newsletters
  • Assist with tours of independent living and assisted living
  • Demonstrates an ability to operate a computer, copy machine, fax machine and maintain sales activity in CRM software
  • Absorb and resolve new resident issues and concerns
  • Manage and resolve new resident issues and concerns
  • Prepare inventory reviews for updates, incentives installed, etc.
  • Prepare welcome reception for new residents
  • Process and report internal moves
  • Perform office administrative duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be able to interact with visitors, residents and family members in a positive manner, addressing a variety of issues and circumstances
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fulfill other marketing personnel duties and responsibilities (Cross training)
  • Provide back-up support for sales
