Primary Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation and production of marketing materials, print media, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Web Designer to update product inventory on the website.
- Support basic photo editing or design updates (as needed).
- Respond to customer reviews in Podium, following established guidelines.
- Update business information, store hours, and posts on Google and Apple platforms.
- Manage shared marketing folders and digital assets, like those stored in Google Drive.
- Compile traffic count data daily and customer birthday/anniversary reports for each store.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, ensuring the best cost for each ticket.
- Distribute travel itineraries to travelers and maintain a Travel Calendar.
- Aid in promotional logistics and mailing materials to store locations.
- Support ecommerce order coordination and communicate marketing updates to store teams.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly store orders (such as business cards, jewelry cloths, and cleaners), assist with Podium account setup, and troubleshoot simple password or login issues.
- Register employees for trainings through DCA and perform all Marketing Department administrative tasks, including vendor management.
- Assist with special projects as assigned, including providing onsite support for special events.
Qualifications
- Two years of marketing, administrative, or internship experience preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Experience with travel arrangements is a plus.
- Basic photo editing and design software experience is a plus.
