About the role
This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Portland, OR location.
Responsibilities
- Helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material
- Managing the transaction communication, correspondence and process from commencement to completion
- Balancing multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team
- Tracking action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project
- Developing pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients
- Executing marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintaining mailing lists, and running campaign reports
- Updating Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites and client contract portals for both local and regional clients
- Participating in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade records and supporting paperwork, preparing invoices, and tracking payments
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate
- Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
- Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
