About the role

We are hiring a high-performing Marketing and Sales Representative for Security Services to help expand our client base and bring in new commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Possess proven B2B sales, account growth, or business development experience
  • Confidently speak with business owners, managers, and executives
  • Be hungry, competitive, and motivated by commission
  • Be organized with follow-up and pipeline management
  • Be sharp, professional, and dependable
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Prospect new business through calls, email, networking, and in-person outreach
  • Build relationships with property managers, construction firms, warehouses, HOAs, retail centers, hotels, and commercial clients
  • Set meetings and present service proposals
  • Prepare quotes and close contracts
  • Maintain follow-up pipeline and track opportunities
  • Work directly with leadership on growth strategy
  • Help expand market presence in key territories

Requirements
