We are hiring a high-performing Marketing and Sales Representative for Security Services to help expand our client base and bring in new commercial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Possess proven B2B sales, account growth, or business development experience
- Confidently speak with business owners, managers, and executives
- Be hungry, competitive, and motivated by commission
- Be organized with follow-up and pipeline management
- Be sharp, professional, and dependable
- Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Prospect new business through calls, email, networking, and in-person outreach
- Build relationships with property managers, construction firms, warehouses, HOAs, retail centers, hotels, and commercial clients
- Set meetings and present service proposals
- Prepare quotes and close contracts
- Maintain follow-up pipeline and track opportunities
- Work directly with leadership on growth strategy
- Help expand market presence in key territories
