About the role
The Marketing & Pursuit Specialist coordinates and executes marketing, proposal, and pursuit activities that support EnviroVantage's business development and sales efforts. Working in close partnership with Business Development, Sales, Estimating, and subject matter experts, this role develops proposals, pre-qualification packages, presentations, marketing collateral, and other client-facing materials. The position ensures pursuits are organized, compliant, professionally presented, and delivered on schedule. This is an execution-focused role requiring exceptional organization, attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Proposal coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end development of proposal packages, ensuring accuracy, final management review, and on-time submission.
- Review solicitations (RFPs, invitations to bid, bid specs, client requirements) to develop proposal checklists, schedules, and submission plans.
- Coordinate proposal development activities, assigning responsibilities and deadlines to contributors across Business Development, Operations, Estimating, Safety, and other subject matter experts.
- Prepare proposal packages, pre-qualification statements, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal content to maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and quality.
- Build collaborative working relationships across Operations, Estimating, Project Management, Safety, and Business Development.
- Sales support
- Serve as an administrative and project support resource for Business Development, Sales, and Estimating, including lead research, preparing presentation materials, and coordinating client meeting logistics.
- Assist with updates in HubSpot: opportunity tracking, capturing meeting notes, and organizing pursuit records.
- Marketing support
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral, capability statements, project profiles, photography, and company qualifications.
- Coordinate updates to marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with company branding standards.
- Assist with website updates, social media content, newsletters, award submissions, and marketing communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, business development, sales, communications, or a related role.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the building and construction industry.
- Ability to attend industry events.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
- Ability to access and navigate all departments at the organization’s facilities.
