About the role
The Marketing and Growth Lead will be responsible for driving growth initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns and partnerships. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or growth strategy roles
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results
- Experience with AI tools for data analysis and decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
