This hybrid role blends event promotions, customer interaction, and call center appointment setting to maximize brand impact and lead generation across multiple channels. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking with people in person and over the phone, and wants a long-term growth path with strong earning potential This is not a remote position Responsibilities Event Promotions & Community Engagement: Serve as the friendly, engaging face of our company at:Home showsLocal fairs, festivals, expos, and community eventsPartner retail locations such as Walmart and the Regional Market Your responsibilities at events include:Starting conversations with homeownersSharing what we do and how we helpScheduling free in-home design consultations (no selling)Assisting with booth setup/teardownRepresenting the brand with professionalism and energyCall Center & Customer Support: When not at events, you’ll support our inbound and outbound customer engagement efforts by:Handling inbound and outbound callsIdentifying customer needs and clarifying project detailsSetting qualified in-home appointmentsManaging customer inquiries with excellent servicePerforming general office duties as assignedYou'll excel in this role if you:Have a confident, upbeat, people-focused personalityEnjoy talking to customers both face-to-face and over the phoneAre goal-driven and motivated by performance bonusesAre reliable, coachable, and able to work independently or with a teamCan stand for extended periods and assist with event setupHave strong computer, communication, and listening skillsCan multitask in a fast-paced environmentAre adaptable to different personality types and customer needsHave reliable transportation and flexible availability (days, nights, weekends) Experience Requirements Experience in events, call centers, customer service, inside sales, or promotions is a plus — but not required for the right candidate.
