Marketing and Creative Project Manager (Contract)
Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Creative & Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and cross-functional programs across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Project, Timeline & Resource Management
- Project manage marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from kickoff through launch, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coverage of cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across various workstreams.
- Facilitation of project intake, kickoff, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Management of project dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities to keep work moving forward.
- Maintenance of visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and team capacity, proactively surfacing risks and recommendations.
- Support of both large-scale campaign launches and always-on marketing initiatives.
- Serving as a day-to-day steward of project management systems, ensuring projects, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are accurately maintained.
- Reinforcement of standardized intake processes, project documentation, naming conventions, and workflow practices across teams.
- Maintenance of project dashboards, reporting, and planning tools that provide accurate, real-time visibility into work in progress.
- Partnership with leadership to identify workflow gaps, operational friction points, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support of adoption and ongoing optimization of Airtable and other operational systems that enable planning, execution, and visibility.
- Helping establish scalable ways of working that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Continuous search for opportunities to streamline execution, reduce manual effort, and improve team effectiveness.
What You’ll Need to Have
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity exists.

Compensation
$50-65/hr 1099, estimated 40 hours per week, hybrid in LA preferred
