Marketing and Content Coordinator
About the Role
TNT Crane & Rigging is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to produce photos, videos, social posts, and printed materials that showcase our daily operations. This role focuses on content creation and production, not strategy. You'll work independently, capturing content at job sites, editing materials, and maintaining an active social media presence. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with minimal direction, adapting quickly to creative tasks, and transforming busy job site lifts into engaging content for customers, prospects, and future employees.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production: Write, design, and produce marketing content across digital and print channels, including social posts, project spotlights, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy. Edit photo and video assets into brand-consistent deliverables. Maintain an organized digital asset library for reusable content.
- Field Content Capture: Travel to job sites, branch locations, and events to capture photo and video content. Coordinate shoots with branch and project leadership, ensuring safety and customer permissions. Build relationships with field teams to encourage content submission.
- Social Media Management: Manage TNT's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Maintain a content calendar, write platform-appropriate copy, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and report results monthly.
- Print Materials & Advertising: Design and produce printed collateral such as capability sheets, brochures, banners, and recruiting materials. Manage relationships with print vendors and promotional product suppliers.
- Brand & Team Support: Ensure consistent brand application across all deliverables. Support events with signage, giveaways, and post-event content. Partner with Recruiting and HR to produce hiring-related content.
