Marketing and Business development Coordinator

Position Overview

All-Around Removal Services is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to help grow their demolition and clean-out division throughout Philadelphia, Bucks County, South Jersey, and surrounding areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write professional emails, text messages, social media posts, and proposals
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional, respectful, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow up consistently with leads and prospects
• Comfortable communicating with contractors, property managers, developers, investors, realtors, restoration companies, and homeowners
• Ability to learn and understand demolition, clean-out, and site preparation services
• Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, and customer follow-up is preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create and post engaging content promoting demolition and clean-out services
• Respond to inquiries and messages promptly
• Generate new leads through online outreach and networking
• Build relationships with contractors, property managers, developers, investors, and commercial clients
• Schedule appointments and estimate requests
• Follow up with new leads, past clients, and referral partners
• Aid in proposal and estimate follow-up campaigns
• Track all lead activity and communication within the company CRM
• Help close deals and convert leads into paying customers
• Cook up marketing campaigns, promotions, and client retention programs
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
