Marketing Analytics Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across the customer journey.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that inform marketing and business decisions.
- Partner closely with teams across CRM, Media, Call Center, and Digital Marketing to understand needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Present findings to senior leaders, supporting executive-level discussions and decision making.
- Lead and coordinate a distributed team of data analysts across LATAM and Europe, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs.
- Balance hands-on analytical work with prioritization, guidance, and delivery oversight for the team.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced experience with Power BI (building and modifying dashboards and reports).
- Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Experience leading or coordinating others, including indirect or contractor teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail, franchised, or multi-location business.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and performance measurement.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Experience partnering with global or cross-cultural teams.
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$120,000.
Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.
