Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain company, product, and brand messaging across all customer-facing marketing communications.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, website content, press releases, and sales materials.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, events, and sales channels.
  • Leverage segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Sponsor trade shows, customer events, webinars, product launches, and distributor meetings.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, competitive messaging, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
  • Own and optimize the company's marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, website, analytics, digital asset management, and AI platforms.
  • Evaluate vendors, oversee system integrations, manage platform performance, and drive user adoption.
  • Lead the adoption of AI tools and processes across content development, research, campaign optimization, customer insights, and workflow automation.
  • Develop AI best practices, governance standards, training programs, and responsible use guidelines.
  • Manage website strategy, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, social media initiatives, and customer experience improvements.
  • Drive marketing analytics, KPI reporting, campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations and performance insights for leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, IT, operations, product management, business development, and executive leadership to support commercial objectives.
  • Serve as a key driver of marketing modernization, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business growth.

Required Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related marketing leadership role.
  • Experience developing marketing content, managing campaigns, supporting trade shows, and creating sales enablement materials.
  • Hands-on experience with websites, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, lead generation, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing solutions, automation tools, analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
