Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Tidewell Foundation, and affiliate of Empath Health, seeks a Marketing Account Manager to serve as the dedicated account lead and primary liaison for the Empath Philanthropy Division and its Foundations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated account lead and sole point of contact for the Empath Foundations and Philanthropy Division.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to a Marketing Account Specialist.
• Oversee workload balance, ensuring that the Account Specialist is effectively aligned to projects and accounts.
• Review and guide the Account Specialists for project scoping, briefs, and stakeholder communications to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to processes.
• Support professional development through feedback, skill-building, and performance insights.

Requirements

• Experience designing high-end, original graphics for print, digital and video production, including extensive computer graphics experience.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.
• Must also have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Extensive project management experience, from concept creation through editing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, visual arts, graphic arts or design or related field and 3 to 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Experience in creating high-end, original graphics for print, digital and video production.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Extensive project management experience.
