Market Sales Manager

About the role

The Market Sales Manager is empowered to motivate and coach sales staff on both strategic and tactical decisions to drive growth. This role recognizes and reacts to market conditions through development, mentoring, goal-setting, and coaching. The manager also maintains their own sales territory, building customer relationships, increasing revenue, and managing the sale from end to end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of proven sales experience
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history

Skills

• Knowledge of different phases of construction
• Understanding of equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specification

Pay

Base Pay Range: $85,000.00 - 121,344.30. Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
